• Dream work. Learn from and play with your night dreams and learn how to pay attention to how you are forming yourself in a perosonal devlopment group working through dreams. Sharing, participant and facilitator feedback, creative techniques, symbols and metaphor exploration all make this group a dynamic and potent experience. Wadhurst, monthly on a Tuesday morning.

• Vision: Creating vision and bringing dreams into reality; Using creative activities and structures to discover our deepest vision, undo blocks and achieve our dreams! New cousre starting in March, Forest Row, East Sussex. One Saturday a month and three weekends over the year. Basic accommodation available on site. Joining part the way through is a possibility. 

• Connecting with Nature: Forest Row based group running 1 or 2 Sautrday mornings a month from March onwards. Two/three hour sessions (depending on weather) slow-walking and small structures in nature.
